**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Graduated preferably in electronics, mechatronic or mechanical-electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years’ experience in the electronics industry with increasing responsibility
- In dept knowledge of SMT, PTH and automation processes
- Must be very hands on, good for teaching and coaching and with excellent leadership skills
- Disciplined and organized
- Preferably certified as Lean six sigma
- Good problem-solving skills and project management
- Proficient in minitab, CAD, Solid works and SAP
- Knowledge of IPC 610, IPC 7711 & IPC 7721
- Bilingual Spanish/English
