Job Description
Paradigm is seeking an SMT Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting SMT production equipment to ensure the efficient assembly of electronic circuit boards. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Type: 6 month contract-to-hire
Location:On-site, Vancouver, WA

Obtain and maintain IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications. Meet production requirements, including reading, understanding, and navigating Fusion documentation, passing the Component Identification quiz, and accurately performing in-process inspections. Operate Europlacer pick-and-place machines per work instructions. Load Europlacer trolleys following work instructions. Analyze Europlacer PROMON data to evaluate machine issues...
