The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex insurance disputes and litigation matters to include short-term insurance recoveries and liabilities (motor and non-motor) issues. You will be responsible for: Representing clients in insurance-related litigation, including coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and policy interpretation. Drafting and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conducting legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and colleagues. Negotiating settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration as needed. Collaborating with insurance adjusters, experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
