Key Responsibilities:

The SME Lending Manager will be responsible for driving the operational excellence, credit quality, financial performance, and strategic execution of VisionFund Zambia’s SME/Individual lending program across multiple branches. This role ensures the consistent delivery of impactful financial services for micro, small, and medium enterprises through effective team leadership, compliance oversight, digital transformation, and strong partnership engagement.
