SME Credit Manager

About the role

Our client is a BSP-regulated digital bank scaling our SME and partner-originated lending business. We move fast, we use data, and we're building credit infrastructure that didn't exist in traditional banking. This isn't a legacy bank role, they expect you to be comfortable with AI-assisted workflows, changing policies, and tight turnaround pressures.

As SME Credit Manager , you will own end-to-end credit evaluation for SME and partner-originated loan applications, lead and develop a small but growing credit team, and sit as a key voice in credit committee deliberations. You will work closely with fintech partners, loan originators, and internal risk, operations, and collections teams.
