RRJ Insurance Group Limited o/a KRGinsure , we’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead for our Toronto SME Commercial Risk Placement Team. In this role, you will be a senior resource and mentor to the team. You will also be handling a book of commercial clients and responsible for creating, securing, and delivering top-notch insurance programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Active Senior Resource for Commercial SME Risk Placement Brokers
Handle files escalations
Participate in the development and growth of individual team members
Effectively service a book of assigned commercial clients
Work effectively with Sales and Senior Account Managers
Complete coverage gap analysis
Effective cross selling and up selling
Negotiating valued insurance programs for our commercial clients
Qualifications Required
RIBO license, active and in good standing, is required
