SME Commercial Team Lead

At RRJ Insurance Group Limited o/a KRGinsure , we’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead for our Toronto SME Commercial Risk Placement Team. In this role, you will be a senior resource and mentor to the team. You will also be handling a book of commercial clients and responsible for creating, securing, and delivering top-notch insurance programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Active Senior Resource for Commercial SME Risk Placement Brokers
• Handle files escalations
• Participate in the development and growth of individual team members
• Effectively service a book of assigned commercial clients
• Work effectively with Sales and Senior Account Managers
• Complete coverage gap analysis
• Effective cross selling and up selling
• Negotiating valued insurance programs for our commercial clients

Qualifications Required

• RIBO license, active and in good standing, is required
