Strategy & Planning

1.Develop the roadmap and investment plan for logistics automation.

2.Manage the overall project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

3.Define and monitor key KPIs such as system efficiency and ROI.

Design & Integration

1.Design and continuous improve AGV material handling scenarios, pathways, and interface layouts with production lines/warehouses.

2.Integrate the AGV Management System with upper-level systems (e.g., MES, SAP).

Operations & Maintenance

1.Monitor AGV fleet/Automation equipment status in real-time and handle operational alarms and exceptions.

2.Perform regular preventive maintenance, upkeep, and battery management for AGVs.

3.Correctly call AGVs via terminals (e.g., IES,RCS) and perform loading/unloading.
