Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Small Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation, this temporary full‑time role provides administrative and coordination support to the Small Business Centre. The position delivers services and programs, provides courteous, professional and timely customer service to inquiries, participants and clients, supports core programs under the provincial contract, coordinates events and seminars, schedules, reports, and follows up on client consultations, and manages client tracking through the department’s customer relationship management software.
