Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our fantastic, supportive team at Calweton Vets on a permanent contract.

We’ve been providing outstanding care for pets and farm species in Devon and Cornwall for over 65 years. Our practice network includes three small animal facilities: the main branch in Callington , and two smaller surgeries in Looe and Saltash , all with operating facilities. We are located close to the sea, Dartmoor, and nearby Plymouth. We handle all medical and surgical cases, with full equipment including dental radiography. A regular visiting peripatetic orthopaedic surgeon supports us, and we hold a diagnostic imaging certificate for cardiac and abdominal scans performed in-house. Certificates and/or special interests are actively encouraged and we offer a generous CPD budget and time off.
