**What You Will Do** **:**
We are looking for an Animal Biologist (Small Animal) to provide support in laboratory management and research, with a focus on supporting animal-based studies and maintaining efficient laboratory operations. This position is a full-time role located in Bethesda, MD.

+ Serve as a dual Laboratory Manager and Research Biologist, supporting lab operations and research activities.
+ Manage laboratory operations, including onboarding, training, equipment, SOPs, inventories, procurement, reagents, safety, and waste compliance.
+ Maintain mouse colony operations, including breeding, genotyping, lineage tracking, animal husbandry, and regulatory recordkeeping.
