Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support
- Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle
- Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute ideas to enhance overall customer success
