Qualifications Matric Prior Experience Excellent communication skills and be able to work with figures. Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Main Responsibilities Execute customer service by ensuring that the guests' needs are identified by answering promptly any calls for assistance and assisting guests in any situation relating to playing machines. Interact with guests whilst serving them in a friendly and helpful manner in accordance with the company's mission statement. Ensure that guests can use cashless cards.
