**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Slitter Operator to work in a hot, dirty, and fast-paced steel manufacturing environment. This role goes beyond basic machine operation and requires full ownership of machine setup, precision cutting, and consistent product quality. You will work hands-on with slitter machines, tools, and materials to support efficient and accurate production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform complete setup of slitter machines, including tooling installation, knife changes, and adjustments to meet specified length and cut requirements.
+ Measure and verify materials using appropriate measuring tools to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
