Skip Tracer (Lead Generation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Skip Tracer to join our team. This role is responsible for locating individuals, businesses, and assets using investigative databases, OSINT techniques, and in-depth online research. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct Consumer, Commercial, and EDU skip tracing investigations
Utilize platforms such as TLOxp, LocateSmarter, and other investigative databases
Perform OSINT research, social media investigations, and identity/location verification
Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to determine accurate contact information
Maintain clear, accurate, and actionable case documentation
Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and ethical standard.
Requirements
Prior experience in Consumer and/or Commercial Skip Tracing preferred
