Job Overview
The SDF will act as the liaison officer between SERR Synergy and our corporate clients and must assist clients in complying with the Skills Development Act and Employment Equity legislation.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 and any relevant tertiary education
Certified and Registered Skills Development Facilitator
Minimum 3 years' external SDF experience is compulsory
Must have experience in the compilation and submission of Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs) to various SETAs
Must have experience in the compilation and submission of Employment Equity reports to the Department of Labour
Knowledgeable on applicable legislation relating to Employment Equity and Skills Development
Experience on the various SETA systems will be advantageous
