Salary: Actual £ with an FTE of £31,795 per annum

plus £5,000 Market Supplement

Working Hours: 22 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As our Skills Coach – Plumbing , you will be required to induct, coach, review, mentor, monitor and track learners on apprenticeship programmes, on employers’ premises, onsite at the college and working remotely. The post will involve contributing to the delivery, assessment and progress of learners on their apprenticeship programmes to ensure they have the appropriate skills for a life of work.

The post holder will be expected to deliver apprenticeship standards and will be responsible for coaching learners to achieve skills, behaviours and knowledge to pass their apprenticeship to a distinction level wherever possible.
