Reporting to the Cell Leader in Component Repair weld shop.

The ability to weld and braze precision aircraft engine components for engine overhaul, assembly, and test. Work unsupervised while maintaining a safe working environment and producing high quality components.

**Responsibilities**

+ Carry out TIG welding of aircraft engine components to fine tolerance limits.
+ Knowledge of brazing procedures.
+ Perform a level of mechanical fitting functions.
+ Familiar with engineering drawings and OEM technical manuals.
+ Use of measuring equipment and be able to inspect engine components.
+ Precise attention to detail and a high level of concentration.
+ Good manual dexterity.
+ PC work including working with OEM manuals.
