Skilled Tradeperson

A growing property maintenance company based in Philadelphia is seeking well-rounded and highly motivated skilled tradespersons in the construction field to perform major and minor interior and exterior repairs.

Must be efficient in punch list/turnover work for condo and apartment buildings. For example; painting, drywall, carpentry, tile repairs, installing doors, plumbing repairs, light electrical, handyman-related repairs.

Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Must own tools to complete tasks.

Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently without supervision.

Must have over 5 years experience and references

This is part-time but eventually becomes a full-time position.
