Skilled Production Operative

Responsibilities

• Weigh and portion meat muscles to a specific, targeted weight.
• Arrange meat muscles in a precise order before loading them into the inox machine.
• Load tubes at the netting station.
• Change over tubes in the inox machines as required.
• Transport and stage all necessary packaging and stock for each production run.
• Maintain and uphold all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards throughout the production process.
