This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team carrying out essential works across void and tenanted properties, with the potential to move into a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Work on void and tenanted properties
• Deliver a professional and respectful service to tenants and clients
• Carry out general construction and maintenance tasks including:
• Kerbing and flagging
• Fencing installation and repair
• Blockwork
• Concreting
• Load, unload, move, secure, and install materials as required
• Operate light and heavy equipment depending on the task and site requirements
• Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy, and safe at the end of each day
