At JN Bentley Ltd, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Skilled Operatives to work on long-term water industry projects based in and around Southampton, with work across the wider region.

We are ideally looking for a ready-made gang of Lead Hand / Ganger with an experienced Skilled Operative and General Operative who can join together, please can Lead Hand and General Operative apply on relevant applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in civil engineering and groundworks to join a well-established and growing business. You will have a proactive approach to work, health, and safety, with experience working within the water industry and carrying out general civil works, including concreting, deep drainage and pipe laying.
