In this important role, you will be polishing various mould cavities and cores, ensuring that you apply techniques from emery cloth to high-grade diamond pastes. Engaging closely with a team, you'll also inspect quality, maintain equipment, and adhere to strict safety standards in our innovative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Polish mould cavities to achieve premium finishes
• Operate hand grinders and additional grinding machinery
• Conduct routine inspections for quality control
• Adhere to 5S requirements and health standards
• Assist Mould Makers to troubleshoot production issues

• Ontario Certificate of Apprenticeship preferred
