We are seeking meat processing workers to perform a wide range of tasks, including handling, slaughtering, boning, Slicing and processing of Beef Meat.

Multiple positions available for skilled meat workers including Boners, Slicers and Slaughters.

ABOUT THE ROLES AVAILABLE:

Roles Include :

1. stun and kill livestock.
2. prepare carcasses for further processing by removing internal organs and hides.
3. operate switching controls to direct and drop carcasses and meat cuts from supply rails to boning tables
4. cut meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around bones
5. wash, scrape and trim foreign material and blood from meat
6. cut sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts, such as rumps, flanks and shoulders, and r...
