Skilled Machinist

What You Will Do

• Day to day running of 5 axis machine centre (Doosan, Mazak & Matsuura)
• Machining of complex aluminium and stainless fabrications
• Aid the setting up and proving out of programs with Engineers
• Support and manage machine tooling to best achieve drawing tolerances
• Carry out dimensional checks using the designated tools as defined by each program and Op sheet
• Set up and run programs in accordance with the Op sheets and Program specifications
• Escalate any issues, errors or concerns immediately to the Line Manager
• Support CORE and keep up excellent housekeeping practices
• Perform any other duties as required by your line manager

Shift Pattern

This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts: Morning 6:00 AM–1:45 PM (Mon‑Thu) and 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (Fri); Afternoon 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Mon‑Thu) and 12:15 PM–5:15 PM (Fri). Some nights may be required with ample ...
