**Job Title: Skilled Laborer / Heavy Equipment Operator**

**Job Description**

This role combines skilled labor and heavy equipment operation to support commercial site development projects. You will operate excavators and dozers to perform grading and trench work, assist with general civil construction tasks, and contribute to safe, efficient completion of site work across the Rochester area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and dozers to perform grading, trenching, and other earthwork activities on commercial site work projects.
+ Support all phases of site development, including excavation, backfilling, compaction, and final grading in accordance with project plans and specifications.
+ Work as part of a field crew of approximately 3–5 people, coordinating tasks and communicating clearly to maintain productivity and safety.
