**Job Title: Skilled Laborer** **Job Description**
This role supports a precast and infrastructure facility that builds aluminum forms used by construction companies to pour concrete. You will work with hand and power tools, shape rebar, and assemble and move concrete forms in a fast-paced, production-focused environment that closely resembles a construction site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support daily production activities.
+ Shape and cut rebar to specified dimensions for use in concrete forms.
+ Build aluminum boxes and other forms used for pouring concrete, following measurements and instructions.
+ Move and position forms and other heavy materials, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
+ Perform regular site and shop clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work area.
+ Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
