+ Perform tasks involving concrete labor, welding, and millwright work.
+ Use hand power tools efficiently.
+ Contribute to bridge, roadway, and highway construction projects.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 2 years working as a helper, skilled laborer, or in a related construction position.
+ Basic understanding of power tools and construction environments.
