The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.Job Description:Set up and operate six spindle screw machines including Acme-Gridley and New Britain equipment according to blueprints, setup sheets, and job travelers Load raw materials, tooling, and fixtures into machines Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and comparators Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and basic GD&T requirements Troubleshoot machine and tooling ...
