We are a family seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and empathetic caregiver/nanny to support our son with special developmental needs.
He is a 25-year-old male with a boyish appearance (similar to an 8–10 year old in height and weight). He is calm, cheerful, and non-aggressive. He can walk independently within the home at a slow pace. He is non-verbal and fully dependent on assistance with daily needs, similar to toddler-level care.
He responds best to a gentle, calm, and soothing approach, and benefits from patience, repetition, and structured routines. A stroller is used only for outdoor walks or outings.
