Sitecore Support Engineer

Requirements

• Strong background in C# and .NET Framework 3.5 and above, .NET Core
• Experience with containerized environments, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of AWS microservices architectures
• Experience with cloud integration and data services, AppSync, DocumentDB
• Experience supporting Sitecore platforms , including Sitecore XM Cloud
• Experience supporting frontend deployments on Vercel
• Working knowledge of AngularJS for frontend issue analysis and collaboration
• Experience performing end‑to‑end troubleshooting across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Experience monitoring distributed systems and analyzing application performance
• Ability to validate deployments and ensure post‑release stability
• Experience working in 24x7 production support environments
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
