Site Team Leader

Location: Maidstone (ME) Salary: £125 - £150 per day (competitive, based on experience). Overtime x 1.5 for evening and Saturday shifts x 2 for Sunday shifts. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5pm (9.5-hour days). Overtime flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends, when needed. Purpose Overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. You will manage staff, liaise with clients, and ensure site safety and adherence to health and safety procedures. Your leadership and organisational skills will be key in ensuring all work is carried out effectively, with a focus on high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
