About the job Site Supervisor (Underground) Matric (Grade 12) Mining Engineering degree or equivalent Blasting Certificate or equivalent D&B certificate At least seven years underground mining experience and mass mining experience Experience leading a team, including building a collaborative approach Ability to analyse/impact financial data utilizing SAP, and Resource Modelling Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement Mechanical comprehension of operation/maintenance of equipment Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders
