Job Description
Mission
Ensure full SHEQ compliance by conducting daily hazard and risk assessments, using PPE and spill kits correctly, participating in safety programs and JSEA development, and leading safety reporting and product safety initiatives.
Perform daily equipment inspections while supervising, supporting, and executing OEM‑aligned maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, and new machine commissioning for Customer fleets.
Provide regular technical reporting and fleet updates, advise on repairs and performance improvements, drive customer satisfaction, and expand Epiroc business opportunities through consistent customer engagement.
Manage the technical team’s daily activities, ensure tool and vehicle care, oversee certification and competency development, conduct annual P&D reviews, and maintain a succession plan.
