Site Supervisor

• Responsible for the smooth and efficient on-site operational activities.
• Establish daily production planning, appropriately assign task on-site team and track status.
• Forecast and plan resources (materials) required are adequately stocked beforehand.
• Ensure records are well-maintained and updated for reporting.
• Daily submission of cylinder movement (incoming & outgoing) and inventory to Sales.
• Weekly submission of refrigerant assembly or progress record to Finance.
• Monthly submission of material inventory to Finance.
• Manage & control on plant equipment and machine preventive maintenance.
• Ensure SQE rules and regulations are adhered to during on-site operations.
