Site Supervisor

• Coordinate and supervise the work of and in-house workers.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for manpower planning and usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in the building and construction industry (structure works).
• Able to understand design drawings and meet main contractor’s requirements.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate ...
