Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Identify hazards and take corrective action.
• To maintain attendance report and update by daily.
• To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related document to HQ at least once a week.
• To generate attendance report and compile day work summary for general workers by fortnightly.
• To receive and distributing of incoming documents for the office with proper record of distribution.
