What you will enjoy doing

• Lead day-to-day plant operations, including loading, unloading, and LPG transfers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
• Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to Linde Life Saving Rules and Major Hazard Facility requirements, promoting a culture of safety
• Supervise and coordinate employees and contractors to meet production and safety standards, fostering teamwork and accountability
• Issue site permits and oversee safe work practices, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
• You will act as Emergency Warden, coordinating evacuation drills and emergency responses to uphold safety protocols
• Oversee cylinder degassing and testing, ensuring timely and complete delivery outcomes, while managing stock control and chemical handling
• Prepare and distribute daily production reports, coordinate transport documentation, and support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
