The Role

• Oversee 8–10 live residential builds
• Projects across Brisbane South, Logan, Bayside + some Northside
• Manage trades, programme, and day-to-day site delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication
• Drive quality, safety, and build standards
• Utilise site management systems (e.g. Onsite Companion)

What You Need

• Trade background (Carpentry – Cert III)
• Cert IV in Building & Construction
• 3+ years’ experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
