Site Supervisor

**Summary**

The **Site Supervisor** supports the MDA Security and Emergency Management Directorate (DSS) in managing Enterprise Access Control Services (EACS) at MDA facilities located throughout the United States.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manages and supervises management and hourly staff to ensure access control, visitor support, and alarm response and dispatch operations are being executed in full compliance with contract requirements.
+ Works in collaboration with the site Operations Managers, Operations Support Manager and Shift Supervisors to ensure all contract obligations are met.
+ Oversees the following: Security Control Center operations, Access Control/Response/Circulation Enforcement, Badge Administration, and Common Access Card Administration.
+ Ensures all SOC personnel are properly trained and capable of conducting primary duties while on-duty.
