Position: Construction Site Supervisor (Structural Steel)

• Liaise with Project Manager / drafter / contract manager
• To ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Carry out inspection in accordance with standard.
• Control material waste, completion time.
• Guide and training new or refreshment workers.

• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
