What you will be doing:
Supervise and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors on active job sites.
Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Lead and support field staff, promoting teamwork, quality, and productivity.
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and hardware schedules.
Verify deliveries, manage materials, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with project management and sales teams to address issues and maintain timelines.
