Responsible for project operational delivery, ensuring efficient running and effective management of resources whilst achieving excellence in Safety and Quality all in compliance with Company BMS. Able to work and have overall supervisory control on projects with numerous operatives, subcontract involvement, multiple rigs and techniques. Able to determine and brief roles and responsibilities of site field team (including other supervisory staff) and maintain good relationships with BSL management and operatives, the Client, sub-contractors and 3rd parties.
Key Tasks:
Mentor and develop Chargehands and Trainee Supervisors 
Be the site works supervisory lead for all site activities or ensure works are supervised by a Chargehand
Lead on-site production, health and safety, sustainability, quality and efficiency
