Site Supervisor

I. Job Responsibilities
1. Site Management and Coordination Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to schedule, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resource allocation and work progress. 2. Quality and Safety Monitoring Inspect construction quality to ensure compliance with Singapore standards (e.g., HDB, BCA). Strictly enforce safety regulations (e.g., WSH Act), conduct safety meetings, identify potential hazards, and prevent accidents. 3. Progress Tracking and Reporting Monitor project progress, promptly report any delays or issues, and assist in developing countermeasures. Maintain site logs, inspection records, and submit daily/weekly progress reports. 4. Technical Guidance and Communication Provide technical guidance to workers to resolve on-site issues and assist in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
