Site Supervisor

We are looking for an engineer to provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, including managing teams, subcontractors, logistics, materials, and equipment. The role ensures strict adherence to specifications and keeps the work progressing on schedule and within budget.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Production Manager and the rest of the project team in all aspects of the production process.
- Read and understand project documents, such as blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Represent the company, project, and/or department in meetings with clients and project management.
- Manage project logistics (transportation and storage of materials).
- Research suitable subcontractors for the planned work.
- Perform quality control tasks.
**Requisitos mínimos**:
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Basic knowledge of fiber optic networks
C1 level English
