Site Supervisor – HS2 Project (Heavy Earthworks)
Location: HS2 Route
Rate: Competitive (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major HS2 infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK's largest civil engineering schemes, overseeing large-scale heavy earthworks operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site activities across earthworks packages.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirements.
* Manage subcontractors, plant operators, and site teams.
* Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
* Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
* Liaise with Site Managers, Engineers, and Project Teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain accurate site records and reports.
