The Site Superintendent oversees and manages all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, while providing strong leadership to on-site staff. The Site Superintendent ensures adherence to safety regulations, maintains quality control, and effectively manages resources and schedules for complex commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors on site to ensure work is completed in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner.

+ Monitor and maintain the project schedule to ensure all job deadlines are met and the project is completed on time without penalties.

+ Maintain quality control on the jobsite by overseeing all materials, fixtures, and structures, and cataloging any damages or returns throughout the project.
