We're seeking a dynamic Site Superintendent to join a General Contractor building multiple ICI structures in Edmonton. What We Offer:Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Employer-paid medical & dental, vehicle allowance, employee stock ownership, life insurance. What You'll Do:Review drawings and contracts to identify issues early and prepare schedules with input from trades. Manage permits, materials, and labor requirements for smooth project execution. Oversee daily construction activities, coordinate trades, monitor progress and quality, and escalate concerns when necessary. Enforce safety standards, lead orientations, distribute PPE, and address safety questions and non-compliance.
