Site STA Engineer - Electronics

In this position...

+ Implement commodity-specific business plans to ensure your suppliers exceed all corporate launch, quality, capacity, warranty metrics, and vehicle delivery
+ Lead cross-functional decisions with Ford & Supplier leadership to drive resolution of open issues
+ Implement actions to ensure zero vehicle losses from suppliers
+ Principal for on-site troubleshooting and corrective actions for emergency supplier situations
+ Growing our manufacturing expertise in electronics manufacturing

**What you'll do:**

+ Drive robust sourcing risk assessments on new or potential electronics suppliers and existing suppliers with new commodities
+ Industrialize new suppliers to Ford, suppliers implementing new technology and or complexity commodities
+ Conduct onsite evaluation visits for Priority commodities as per GPDS supplier engagement process for new programs.
