Full‑time position (£35,000 per annum) with a 4 on 4 off rotation, 42 hours per week.
The Role
You will be responsible for running busy sites that operate 365 days a year.
- Scheduling the site security teams on a 4 on 4 off rotation.
- Training and providing performance management for the teams.
- Reporting and maintaining site security operations.
- Ensuring compliance with security protocols and local regulations.
